**Late Arrivals**
​If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full fee for your service will be charged. We may have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.
** We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged $25. For this reason, we require a card on file in order to make your appointment.

*Please note that the heartbeat recording is free if you purchase a heartbeat animal from First Glimpse. If you have a heartbeat animal purchased from somewhere else, there is a $15 charge for First Glimpse to record the heartbeat.

***We have a $25 no show fee if you do not show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. For this reason, a card will be taken when you schedule.
